MC Hub (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides community, remittance comparison, service booking, and communication features for Myanmar people in Thailand and abroad. Your privacy is important to us. • Account Information: Phone number (OTP) and user ID from Firebase.
• Profile Data: Name, photo, bio (optional).
• Booking Data: Service type, notes, contact info.
• Remittance Data: Country/currency selections; no payment data stored.
• Location Data: Approximate or precise location for nearby services.
• Chat Messages: Stored securely; anonymized on account deletion.
• Device Info: Crash logs, identifiers, analytics.
• Localization: Language preference (English/Myanmar).

2. How We Use Information

• Provide login, profile, bookings, and remittance features.
• Show nearby services and places.
• Enable messaging between users.
• Improve app performance and security.
• Send relevant notifications.

3. Third-Party Services

Includes Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Storage, Crashlytics, Analytics). Facebook SDK is bundled but disabled in production.

4. Data Storage & Security

Data encrypted in transit, stored securely. No sale of personal data.

5. Retention & Deletion

Users can delete accounts anytime; personal data is removed, messages anonymized.

6. Rights

Access, update, or delete your data. Withdraw consent by deleting account.

7. Children

No services for children under 13.
